The YouTube Partner Program has had it's critics since it's initial launch (I'm one of them), and the program itself has seen various changes as it's benefits became available to more users. This week has marked a dramatic change on the definition of who is a Partner.

Looking at some new changes
The often discussed change to the newer YouTube channel designs is finally live. If you are reading this, you probably already know that.
For those of you with YouTube accounts, have you noticed the change to the Settings page? It's also gone through a makeover, though this change is more recent, and was much lower on the radar. Thankfully most of the functionality is still there.
(No official blog post for this, at least not one I can find. I think it was officially posted on Google+ somewhere, though.)
